Your data, your rules. Charts, dashboards, and reports can now be shared with exactly the right people — with view-only or edit access — and you control who owns what.

Resource sharing​

You can now share charts, dashboards, and reports directly with teammates, groups, or anyone with a link.

  • Share button — every chart and dashboard now has a share button. Pick who gets access, set their level (view or edit), and notify them in one step.
  • Access levels — grant view-only or edit access per person or group, so the right people can change things and the rest can just look.
  • General access — set a resource to private (just you), internal (anyone in your org), or public (anyone with the link). The current setting is always visible at a glance.
  • Report sharing — reports can now be shared the same way as dashboards and charts.
  • Request access — if a colleague lands on something they can't open, they can request access. You'll get notified and can approve with one click.
  • Transfer ownership — hand ownership of a chart, dashboard, or alert to a teammate when responsibilities shift.
  • Access overview — a new Settings → Access page lists everyone in your org, their roles, and the groups they belong to.

Favorites​

  • Starred charts and dashboards — mark charts and dashboards as favorites to pin them at the top of their lists. One click to bookmark, one click to find.

Filters in exports and shared views​

Dashboard filters now follow your data wherever it goes.

  • Filters in PDF exports — when you export a dashboard to PDF, the filters you've applied are baked in. What you see is what you get.
  • Filters on shared dashboards and reports — dashboard filters now apply correctly to map and table charts when viewing a public dashboard or a report snapshot.

Fixes​

  • Alert recipients — adding and managing recipients for an alert is more reliable.
  • Alert ownership — alerts can now be transferred to a new owner without disrupting existing delivery.
  • Trial org alerts — alerts were incorrectly firing when an organisation was cloned from a trial template. This no longer happens.
